Week 496
Positive Post Sunday, August 30, 2026…. Week 496.
Be Extraordinary in Ordinary Times
Following Easter and the Resurrection, our church steps into what we call Ordinary Time, but there is nothing “ordinary” about it.
It’s the season where the risen Christ walks with us not only in the miracles, but in the everyday moments that quietly shape our faith. Ordinary Time reminds us that holiness isn’t only found in the upper room or at the empty tomb. It’s found in the kitchen, on the bike trail, in the conversations we share, and in the small acts of love that no one sees but God.
Be extraordinary during ordinary times. Not by doing more, but by letting the Holy Spirit breathe life into the simple things you already do. With Jesus beside us, ordinary work becomes extraordinary. Ordinary days become sacred ground. Ordinary moments become places where grace breaks through.
He is with us in the quiet, in the routine, in the gentle rhythm of life. And with His Spirit, even the smallest act done in love becomes something good, something holy, something extraordinary.
How are you extraordinary during ordinary times?
How do you find God’s grace in your ordinary time?
