Week 76
Positive post Sunday, July 29, 2018- Week 76.
There are many ways to express and proclaim our faith. One way is being a disciple and servant of the Lord by actively engaging in the Sacrament of the Eucharist, the Holy Mass. Michele and I have been blessed an honored to serve the Lord as Eucharistic Ministers for several years and all our children were alter servers while growing up.
Over the past several years, Michele and I have had the privilege of raising 3 of our 9 grandchildren, Nikole, Kendall and Christian and yesterday was a very blessed and special day for us. We all attended and served at the 4:30pm Mass at our church, the Holy Name of Jesus. The kids served as alter servers and Michele and I were Eucharistic Ministers with Fr-Erik Esparza presiding. This was the first time we all served together at the same Mass. Thank you Lord for reminding us of the importance of service to others and for the opportunity to serve our fellow parishioners at Mass. It is truly an honor and privilege.
