Dr. Rick Rigsby delivered an amazing motivational speech at the CSU Maritime Academy. It’s very entertaining, uplifting, insightful and inspiring and definitely worth watching all 10 minutes. He shares 5 simple, yet impactful, life lessons he learned from his father, a third grade dropout; 1) Don’t judge people, 2) Be an hour early rather than a minute late, 3) Be kind to people, 4) Make sure your servant’s towel is bigger than your ego, and 5) If you are going to do a job, do it right. You have to watch this to appreciate the deep meaning of these lessons.
