Week 48

Positive post Sunday, January 14, 2018- Week 48. 

Those that have been following my Positive post Sundays know that today’s post is the final leg of the Triangle of Life, Fitness.  Most people think of fitness as only physical, yet mental fitness is equally important, especially in this high paced and often stressful world we live in.  My closest friends and family know that 11 years ago, I had a very serious surgery.  That experience reminded me how fragile life is and I can say, without any doubt, my mental and physical fitness were absolutely critical for my successful outcome and quick recovery.  Without both, I would not be here to write this post.  It is my sincere hope that all of you will make time in your busy schedules to exercise both your bodies and minds.  Your families are counting on you!

Tips For a Fit Life
Fitness: The state of health and wellbeing! 

  • Physical fitness starts with mental fitness, exercise your mind as well as your body
  • Make both physical and mental exercise a family tradition
  • We all have habits, get in the habit of exercising
  • When you stop learning, you may as well stop living, learn and live on!
  • Schedule and keep your health appointments
  • When you need a break, walk on Balboa Island!
