Week 460
Positive Post Sunday, December 21, 2025…. Week 460. In just four days, we will once again celebrate Christmas, a day that represents far more than displaying the best light show, getting gifts, and sharing a bountiful feast, it is the sacred remembrance of the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. In the humble manger in Bethlehem, God’s love was revealed in its purest form: Emmanuel, “God with us.” This holy day reminds us that Jesus entered the world to bring hope, peace, and salvation to every soul. As we rejoice in His birth, may we embrace the true meaning of Christmas by opening our hearts to His presence, sharing His love with others, and living in gratitude for the greatest gift one can receive, eternal life.
Here are a few verses from the greatest book of all time, the Bible, capturing this mystery with profound simplicity. In Luke 2:6–7, we read of Mary giving birth to her firstborn son, wrapping Him in swaddling clothes, and laying Him in a manger because there was no room in the inn. Matthew 1:23 echoes the prophecy fulfilled: “Behold, the virgin shall be with child and bear a son, and they shall name him Emmanuel, which means ‘God is with us.’” These verses reveal the heart of Christmas; God’s love made flesh, dwelling among us in humility.
