Week 446

Positive Post Sunday, September 14, 2025…. Week 446.  This week, I decided to answer my own questions from PPS, July 13, 2025…. Week 437 where I wrote about Identifying our God-given gifts and acting on them to multiply our impact, building His kingdom. 

My questions were:
Have you identified the gifts the good Lord has given you?
How have you used your gifts to multiply and build His kingdom?

One Gift God has given me is the ability to see the gifts He has given others and to encourage and support them as they use their gifts to build His kingdom.  Seeking a deeper understanding of my gifts, and through prayer and my love of reading, I was introduced to a personal survey that provides a Spiritual Gifts Index.  This assessment, By Charles W. Coker, Sr, PhD, SPHR Matthew D. Here’s a sample of the output from my assessment which will help me focus on fulfilling my purpose, multiplying and building God’s kingdom: When it comes to managing with God’s principles, you have various strong giftings. You have been gifted with the ability to organize, manage, and oversee processes that keep a church working efficiently and effectively. You also have the ability to lead and guide people to ensure the group runs well and efficiently. You are zealous in caring for those who have been entrusted to you, and God has given you a special calling to pioneer in a ministry area. You have unusually strong faith, which shines through in your steadfast obedience, even when life becomes challenging.

I encourage you to complete the assessment and learn, or validate, your God-given gifts and put them to good use!
