Week 44
Positive post Sunday, December 17, 2017-Week 44.
Have you ever been surprised in a very good way? Thanks to our daughter Kristy, Michele and I got to experience our own “Coming home” episode, both being surprised with our very own soldier, our son Jeffrey and his family coming home for Christmas. As you will see from the videos, we were both truly surprised!!!
After 5 deployments, returning from the most recent one just a month ago, we are grateful and thankful he has returned home to his family each time. We are also mindful that thousands of military families have not been so fortunate and lost loved ones who gave their lives for our freedom. Our deepest appreciation, thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of them, especially our dear friends the Steinbachers (RIP Nicholas). Thanks to your sacrifices, we are all safe and able to enjoy the holidays.
