Positive Post Sunday, April 13, 2025…. Week 424.  Today is Palm Sunday.  Palm Sunday is the Christian observance that marks the beginning of Holy Week, the most sacred week in the Christian calendar. It commemorates Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem, as described in the Gospels. On this day, Jesus rode a donkey into the city, and crowds welcomed him by spreading palm branches and cloaks on the road as a gesture of honor and respect, shouting praises like “Hosanna!”—a cry of celebration and hope.

Palm Sunday sets the tone for Holy Week, as it transitions believers into the events leading to Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection. It serves as both a celebration of His kingship and a reflection on the humility and sacrifice that would soon follow.
