Positive post Sunday, December 3, 2017- Week 42.
As we head into the Christmas season, a time of great joy, I invite you to join me in keeping “Health and Safety” top of mind so we can all celebrate the birth of “Jesus, the reason for the season” with family and friends. For health, I’m focusing on balanced exercise, and thoughtful nutrition, adding jogging, lifting and stretching to cycling. For safety, I just took a refresher course in Smith Driving which will be increasingly helpful while driving during the holidays.
