Week 193
Positive post Sunday, November 1, 2020- Week 193.
Let me begin today’s PPS by once again thanking God for the opportunity to continue to serve him, thanking my wonderful family, especially the greatest gift God has given me, my wife Michele and thanking my amazing friends for all their support as I continue to recover. I’m equally thankful that Stacy’s surgery went well and that we are both recovering together at our home.
Happy Halloween and welcome to November! It’s absolutely amazing how fast this year has gone. By the grace of God, our ENTIRE family was able to enjoy another Halloween this year (safely and responsibly), something I will never take for granted again. Seeing all the costumes and the smiles on their faces made this PAPA very happy. I especially enjoyed the costumes of Nurse Michele and her patients. Oh wait, those aren’t costumes😊
As we move into the last 2 months of 2020, I pray for health, peace and understanding. As I’ve learned firsthand, your life can change in a split second. I pray each day for the physical and mental health of my family and friends. We live in very difficult, challenging and energized times and I pray that we learn how to celebrate diversity and appreciate our differences in constructive, collaborative and peaceful ways that build community and trust.
What are you doing to close out 2020 in a positive way?
What are you doing to peacefully and constructively build community and trust? Are you part of the solution or part of the problem?
