Week 63
Positive post Sunday April 29, 2018- Week 63.
Have you ever thought about giving someone a compliment but, for one reason or another, never actually gave them the compliment? I’ve heard it said that only one in every 35 compliments we think of giving others, actually gets shared with the person we want to compliment. Can you imagine how impactful it would be if all those unspoken positive thoughts were communicated. Well, now’s your chance to share that compliment and/or your appreciation for someone that you’ve been thinking about. I look forward to reading your comments to this post, complimenting and appreciating those who have made a difference in your lives.
Let me lead by example. My compliments and appreciation go out to the Organizing Committee of the Redlands Bicycle Classic, many of whom I consider my close friends. They’ve been “volunteering” many many hours over the last several months to plan and organize the 34th annual event which starts this coming week. This is a world class cycling and community event put on solely by volunteers. If you want a better appreciation of what these amazing volunteers and community leaders do, check out the RBC website. Thank you Redlands Bicycle Classic Organizing Committee! Your hard work and dedication to the betterment of our community and the sport of cycling is both valued and appreciated. So many people will benefit from your generous contributions of time and talent, many of whom you will never meet. You have earned my deepest respect.
